3. Thumbnail photographs should have px sizing removed as they should all have the same width and adjust to the user's preferences.
4. Reduce thumbnail text. The paragraph should discuss the photograph and reference the image.
5. Bring external links in line with policy. WP:EL
6. Apply WP:LEAD guideline.
7. Include a GFDL skyline image in the infobox. Consider using {{Infobox City}}.
8. Reduce use of subsections in favor of complete paragraphs under the main headings.
