most dictionaries (e.g. American Heritage Dictionary) seem to find masthead acceptable to refer to the title of a newspaper. sources needed to assert that this is incorrect —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jacobolus (talk • contribs) 16:27, 8 April 2005.
[edit] Split needed?
I think the article as structured now is confusing since it has a big sailing infobox in it and a lot of non sailing stuff in it. Failing any objections I will split it up, probably tomorrow to give folks time, creating a disambig at masthead pointing to masthead (publication) and masthead (sailing) articles. ++Lar: t/c 20:16, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
