Matt Perrault

Matt Perrault (born April 4, 1977) is a sports talk show host currently working on Big Sports 590 in Omaha, Nebraska. He has previously worked in Huntsville, Alabama and Charlottesville, Virginia.
Perrault was born in Methuen, Massachusetts on April 4, 1977 to Donna Norris and Mark Perrault. He was raised in Andover, where he graduated from Andover High School in 1995. He went on to get his BA in Communications from UMass Amherst in 1999.
While at UMass, Matt became heavily involved with the student radio station, WMUA, where he served as sports director in his senior year. After college, Matt became the play by play voice of the University of Virginia Women's Basketball team and host of several sports talk shows on WINA AM 1070.
The following year, Matt was hired to do mornings on WUMP Sportsradio 730 where he quickly became a rising star in the talk business. After 4 and half successful years in the south, Matt was hired to do afternoon drive on the largest sports talk signal in the midwest - Big Sports 590, in Omaha, Nebraska - where he signed on in April of 2005. After 1 year, Big Sports 590 upgraded Matt's show to 4 Hours. He's now on from 2:00 to 6:00 pm every weekday afternoon.
Matt also hosts pre and post games shows for Nebraska football and Creighton basketball.
Matt's family includes four brothers and one sister.
