MDC Partners

MDC Partners is a holding company based in Toronto, Canada and New York. They are primarily known for their advertising holdings, especially Crispin Porter and Bogusky, located in Miami and Toronto. MDC Partners also own stakes in Cliff Freeman and Partners, Margeotes Fertitta and Powell and Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners.
They are the 10th largest advertising holding company in the world. Unlike other holding companies, MDC positions itself as a "partner," taking majority stakes, generally 51%. MDC Partners is a publically traded company, trading on the NASDAQ exchange under the symbol of MDCA. It has a market cap of approx. $180MM.
The founder and CEO of MDC Partners is Miles Nadal.
