Mebendazole blocks polymixin based microtubule formation, destroying the glucose uptake receptor in the nematode. This article is poorly written and incorrect.
What exactly is the mechanism of action of this drug, the article mentions both glucose uptake inhabition and preventing spindle formation, vastly different actions. Which is it? Both? Onco_p53 00:00, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
