Medavia is an Airline based at Luqa in Malta. It operates turboprop aircraft on ad hoc charters and long term leases in North Africa supporting the oil industry and the provision of VIP charters. Its main bases are Malta International Airport (MIA), Malta and Tripoli International Airport (TIP), Tripoli in Libya. In a recent article published on The Times Malta (Business Section), Mr Zmirli the Managing Director of Medavia was interviewed about his expectations for the company.[1]

Mediterranean Aviation Co. Ltd. is a Maltese registered company, based in Malta forming part of the L.A.F.I.Co. group of companies. It was inaugurated in 1978 with the mission of servicing the oil industry with particular attention to those companies operating in North Africa.
The organisation is an internationally accredited enterprise that primarily offers a range of aviation services namely flight operations charters with its own fleet, aircraft maintenance services and business charter brokerage.
