Mel Angelstad (born October 31, 1971 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a professional ice hockey player. He is the first player to wear the number 69 in National Hockey League history. He has only played 2 games in the NHL. This was in the 2002-03 NHL Season with the Washington Capitals.
