Tram route 31 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It runs from Southern Cross Station in the city centre, to St. Vincent's Plaza. Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it falls within Metcard ticketing Zone 1.

This route supplements existing Collins Street services and runs interpeak only.

  • William Street, tram route 55 (stop 3)
  • Elizabeth Street, tram routes 19, 57 and 59 (stop 5)
  • Swanston Street, Melbourne Town Hall, tram routes 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67 and 72 (stop 6)
  • Parliament, Parliament Station (stop 9)
• Macarthur Street/Gisbourne Street (stops 9 - 11)
• Victoria Parade (stop 12)
  • St Vincent's Plaza, tram routes 24, 30, 34, 42 and 109 (stop 12)
