Mesa del Sol
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mesa del Sol is a master-planned, 12,900-acre, mixed-use, New Urbanist community currently under development in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The master developer is Forest City Covington, a joint venture between Forest City Enterprises and Covington Capital.
Urban planner Peter Calthorpe worked on the design of the project. [1]
It is currently home to Advent Solar, a manufacturer of solar panels [2], and Albuquerque Studios, a 168,000-square-foot, $74-million motion picture and television production facility. [3]
