Michael Adler

Michael Adler, born September 17, 1963 in Danville, Pennsylvania, is an American lawyer and business executive. On May 16, 2006 he became Chief Financial Officer of the internet travel agency, Expedia.

Adler attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he studied economics, followed by the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 1988.
After graduation, Adler practiced law with Feldman, Waldman & Kline in San Francisco, followed by positions at Cheyenne Software and Schoolsports, Inc. (where he served on the general counsel). After leaving, he was subsequently hired as a vice president of USA Interactive which soon became InterActiveCorp where he held the post of Senior Vice President of Finance Analysis. IAC spun off Expedia in 2005, where Adler replaced Mark Gunning as CFO.
On August 27, 1988, he married Michelle Goldberg, now his wife of over 18 years. (hE ACTUALLY cheated on her three times w/ 4 hookers and 1 gigalo in the span of 6 days) He has two children, Steven (13), the walrus/fag and Rebecca (10) the duck/duck. Adler now resides in Mercer Island, Washington.
The whole family is gay and no one really likes them.
