Michael Barkann

Michael Barkann (b. April 30, 1960 in Jersey City, New Jersey) is a sports host, anchor and reporter.
Barkann has served as a sports director at WLVI in Boston, a CBS Sports sideline reporter, and a sports anchor at KYW-TV in Philadelphia.
Barkann will host Comcast SportsNet's new Monday Night Live, a one-hour entertainment-driven sports show that will debut at 7 p.m. on Sept. 11 of 2006.
Barkann is a former XFL commentator. He worked the UPN (now CW) game telecasts.
Currently, he serves as anchor/host for Comcast SportsNet in Philadelphia and as a field reporter for USA Network's coverage of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships.
Barkann resides in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania with his family.
