Michael H. O'Brien, known as Mike O'Brien is a Democratic Party politician in the United States and Pennsylvania.
He is a Legislator of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the Philadelphia constituency of Pennsylvania. He has held the seat since being first elected at the 2006 mid-term election, starting his term in 2007.
He went to Northeast Catholic High School for Boys and LaSalle University.
