Michael Mackay

Michael Mackay (born 11 October 1982) is a professional footballer playing for Hartlepool United F.C. after being snapped up from non-league Consett by Danny Wilson for his impressive goalscoring record.
He made the move to Durham City from Birtley where he found the net prolifically scoring 29 goals in his first season. He scored 30 goals before moving to Consett. He scored a magnificant 43 goals in the first half of the season which tempted Hartlepool to sign him in February 2007.
