Michael Minna

Michael Mina is the head chef and co-owner of Restaurant Michael Mina in San Francisco and at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. In addition to his eponymously titled restaurants, he also founded Arcadia in San Jose California and has also worked at Aqua in San Francisco where he first gained public notice.
He has also opened Stonehill Tavern at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point in the space previously occupied by Aqua and another Seablue restaurant at the Borgata Resort in Atlantic City.
Mina has plans to open a second Stonehill Tavern in Seattle, Washington, a Steakhouse in Las Vegas and also to expand into Mexico City.
It has recently been noted that Michael will be opening another eponymous concept restaurant at a luxury south Florida resort.
