Middlesex High School (MHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in the center of Middlesex, Middlesex County, New Jersey. It is part of the Middlesex Board of Education. The school is surrounded by Mountain View Park and all its athletic complexes, including Memorial Field. It has an enrollment of approximately 600 students.

The Middlesex High School Blue Jays compete in the Greater Middlesex Conference, comprised of 33 public and private high schools located in the greater Middlesex County area. The league operates under the supervision of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Football: 4-6

Girls Tennis: 9-9
Cross Country:Unknown but sub-.500
Boys Basketball: 7-15
Girls Basketball: 14-8, Qualified for Central Jersey Group 1 playoffs
Wrestling: Joe Bozzomo (S) won Region 3 and Mike Dessino (s) lost to Anthony Evans (Brearly-S)in the Region 3 finals, and they both will be the first Middlesex wrestlers in 13 years to be represented at Atlantic City. Bozzomo lost to Mike Massuo first match but bettled back to take 5th. Dessino made it all the way to Quarterfinals and eventually defeted Evans.
