fair use rationale text: This image, Mig 21 guwahati.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (ranam) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the use of Mig 21FLs by the IAF in 1971 - as opposed to MiG-21F-13 it had used in 1965- during the 1971 Dacca Campaign. Moreover, the images do not come from a commercial source. There is no loss of revenue. Though the images are not in public domain the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information, as it does here. Therefore this image is in fair use.
