Mike Labinjo aka "Binjo" (born July 8, 1980 in Toronto, Ontario) is an American football player for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League.
After graduating from Michigan State University and earning a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance in December of 2003, where he was the star of the Dominating defense, Labinjo declared for the NFL Draft but was unsuccessful. After working hard, and trying out with the Philadelphia Eagles, he was signed on as a linebacker, the position that he played in college for 2 years. Originally, Labinjo was a running back. After a year in Philadelphia, Labinjo was let go and then signed with the Indianapolis Colts. Ultimately, he was picked up by the Miami Dolphins where he played behind all-pro linebacker Zach Thomas. Labinjo was released by the Dolphins early in the 2006 season and was signed by the Indianapolis Colts on March 14, 2007.
