Mike Leach (born October 18, 1976 in Jefferson Township, New Jersey) is an American football player. He is a tight end and long snapper for the Denver Broncos, who he joined as a free agent in November 2002. He went to The College of William and Mary, and entered the NFL with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2000.

Leach attended Jefferson Township High School in Jefferson Township, New Jersey and was a letterwinner in football and basketball. In football, he was a first team All-State selection. Mike Leach graduated from Jefferson Township High School in 1994.
