Miko Mido (美童巫女, Mido Miko) is the heroine of the hentai anime and manga La Blue Girl (there is also a series of live-action movies featuring her). A young ninja in training, the death of her grandmother suddenly puts her in charge of her clan's duty to protect the Earth from the Shikima demons.

Miko is the heroine of all the La Blue Girl anime. She is the daughter of Seikima, the King of the Shikima, and of Maria, the Queen, who is human and formerly a woman of the Miroku ninja clan. This makes her a half-breed who carries the blue blood of the Shikima , from which the title of the anime is derived. She is the last descendant of her female clan, which has been in a struggle with the rival Suzuka clan for many generations.
The character often expresses annoyance with her abilities and techniques, which are primarily sexual in nature and often viewed as humorous or bizarre. These abilities include hardening her pubic hair to needle-like weapons and using them as projectiles or tools with which to prick erotic pressure points, a technique called Nyoninboh which causes her clitoris to grow larger than the size of a man's penis, and the Aoi Tatsumaki (Blue Whirlwind) which turns her hair into a powerful blue whirlwind.

- Toshio Maeda's original manga is perhaps graphically the most realistic depiction. She looks like a young Asian girl with black hair, and doesn't really mind using her sexcraft.
- In the anime, she is the archetypical cute bishoujo girl, with long purple hair, nice figure, a bright personality. She is more shy than in the manga (probably to enhance her cuteness).
- In the PC-98 game, she is a mix of her manga and anime personas. Her hair is brown.
- In the live action videos, she is a young Asian girl with sexcraft.
