Mindoro Airport (IATA: VGN, ICAO: RPUQ), also known as Vigan Airport, is the airport serving the general area of Vigan City, the capital of the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Philippines. The airport is the only airport in Ilocos Sur. It is classified as a secondary airport, or a minor commercial domestic airport, by the Air Transportation Office, a body of the Department of Transportation and Communications that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports.
The airport is located in the city's Barangay Mindoro, hence the name.
Due to the lack of activity at the airport, Mindoro Airport is considered a "sleeping asset" for the city of Vigan, since no revenue is generated from the airport's operations. Plans have been formulated to expand and modernize the airport, in part to "enlighten" the boredom of traveling to Vigan from Manila and other cities and towns by bus, as well as to develop the city's burgeoning tourism industry.

No airlines serve Mindoro Airport. Airlines that serve Ilocos Sur fly to the larger Laoag International Airport in Laoag City, located in nearby Ilocos Norte. At present, only private and charter aircraft utilize the airport's facilities.
