"Miss Dimmsdale/Mind Over Magic" is episode #3.13 of the animated television series The Fairly OddParents.

After Timmy is tired that Crocker is keeping surprising him with pop quizzes, he decides for a wish to read people's minds. When he arrives at school, Timmy decided to read Crocker's mind. After Timmy gets it correct, Crocker is thinking how Timmy got the answer correct. After Timmy answers one of Crocker's quizzes, Crocker begins to think that Timmy knows all the answers by using mind reading powers by Cosmo and Wanda. Just then, Crocker creates a mind control device, so that Timmy cannot read his mind.
In an attempt to make a trap for Timmy, Crocker invites him to a party at 3:00. By the time Timmy arrives at the auditorium, Crocker is waiting for him, and puts on his mind control device. Crocker decides to let the students think what is their favorite things to make Timmy tell the existion of his fairy godparents. After Timmy finds Cosmo and Wanda, he decides not to have mind control powers anymore.
Just then, Timmy gives the students a pop quiz that Crocker have broken their promises that they are supposed to have candy. Suddenly, Crocker gets beaten up by the students. A running gag is Cosmo's elevator music.

- It was revealed that Cosmo's mind has elevator music, and is also a convenient carrying case for Wanda's stuff. At the very end, Chip Skylark emerges from Cosmo's head and starts singing his hit song "My Shiny Teeth and Me."
- In "Miss Dimmsdale", when the mayor says, "Vicky, you'll get my vote as long as you earn it fair and square", there is a golden statue of Chompy on his desk. Later in that scene, when Vicky says, "Tell it to the voters", it changes to a golden pencil holder with a golden pencil in it.
- Miss Waxoplax was eliminated with the trapdoor. However, she later appears in the talent part of the contest.
- Timmy's mom said it has always been her dream to win the Miss Dimmsdale Beauty Pageant, but in a previous episode called "Mother Nature", she announced that she won it.
- The elevator music in Cosmo's head is the Fairly OddParents theme song played slowly.
- In "Mind Over Magic", in one scene Elmer's Boil is on the right and later it is on the left.
- In "Mind Over Magic" it is revealed that Elmer's boil Bob has a mind of its own which is an evil master mind
