Route 16 is a short highway in Lewis County, Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Business U.S. Highway 61 in Canton; its western terminus is at Route 6 in New Court. The only town on the highway other than the endpoints is Monticello. It is not the same road as the original (decommissioned) which was an original 1922 highway; that road is now U.S. Highway 60.
