Mitch Molloy (born October 10, 1966, in Red Lake, Ontario) is a former professional ice hockey left wing. He played two games in the National Hockey League with the Buffalo Sabres in the 1989-90 season. He was scoreless and recorded ten penalty minutes.
His best season as a professional occurred as a member of the St. Thomas Wildcats of the Colonial Hockey League in 1991-92, when he scored 26 goals and added 33 assists.
