Mizongquan Is a Chinese martial art, one of the Mizongyi. In Japanese, it is called ensei-ken. According to an epic tale called "Suikoden", it is based off of the unique kung fu style that a bird, or ensei, used in battle. It is an elegeant and fast style.
A famous fictional practitioner of Mizongquan is Pai Chan from the Virtua Fighter series.
