Mohamed Hikal

Mohamed Hikal (born January 10, 1979) is a boxer from Egypt.
He participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics for his native North African country. There he was stopped in the second round of the Welterweight (69 kg) division by Russia's eventual bronze medalist Oleg Saitov.
Hikal won the gold medal in the same division one year earlier, at the All-Africa Games in Abuja, Nigeria. He later managed to win the bronze medal in the middleweight (75 kg) division at the 2005 World Amateur Boxing Championships.
