[edit] Counterfeiting notice
I removed from the template a note to the effect that the images of bills or coins covered by this license are not to be used for illegal purposes. Such provision is essentially either disclamatory or advisory; in the former case, WP:NDT should, IMHO, be understood as applicable, especially because there is surely no prospective liability here for the Foundation, whilst in the latter case that Wikipedia does not provide advice or instruct editors or users of content as to what they ought to or ought not do with that which find here ought, IMHO, to dispose.
