Mouhamed Saer Sene (born May 12, 1986) is a Senegalese professional basketball player who was drafted 10th overall by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 2006 NBA Draft. He is noted to have great shot-blocking potential because of his 7'8½" wingspan[1] and drew early comparisons to Dikembe Mutombo.
On January 11, 2007, the Seattle SuperSonics assigned Sene to the NBA Development League's Idaho Stampede.[2]
He only began playing basketball in 2003 at the age of 16.[3]
