Mound Station is a village in Brown County, Illinois, United States. The population was 127 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 127 people, 50 households, and 36 families residing in the village. The population density was 94.3/km² (245.3/mi²). There were 64 housing units at an average density of 47.5/km² (123.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.21% White, and 0.79% from two or more races.
There were 50 households out of which 36.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.0% were married couples living together, 2.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.0% were non-families. 24.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.54 and the average family size was 3.00.
In the village the population was spread out with 28.3% under the age of 18, 5.5% from 18 to 24, 26.8% from 25 to 44, 20.5% from 45 to 64, and 18.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females there were 89.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.8 males.
The median income for a household in the village was $46,250, and the median income for a family was $52,813. Males had a median income of $25,694 versus $17,000 for females. The per capita income for the village was $17,413. There were 7.3% of families and 7.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including 7.7% of under eighteens and 11.8% of those over 64.
