[edit] Cebu Pacific
There was an accident on Mount Sumagaya that had involved a Cebu Pacific DC-9. The crash had taken place on February 2 1998. The flight was from Manila, Philippines to Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. All the passengers on that flight had died (104 including pilots and flight crew).
No data was found including so called the "Black Box" which carries all the data from that flight. The Black Box was not found so that meant that the investigators did not have a clearer picture of what had happened before the plane had crashed. They did not find any survivors, the only thing that they had found is the passengers stuff. For example: Clothes, business cards, watches etc.
The Pilots had to make a stopover at Tacloban. However the flight was a direct flight from Manila to Cagayan de Oro. But due to the revised itinerary, the pilots were not familiar with the route after the stopover they had in Tacloban.
