Mount Zion

Mount Zion (Hebrew: הר צִיּוֹן transliteration: Har Tziyyon - "Height") is the ancient name of a mountain in Jerusalem south of the Old City. The term became a synecdoche referring to the entire city of Jerusalem and the Land of Israel. It is often shortened to simply "Zion."
On Mount Zion today are Dormition Church, King David's Tomb, Room of the Last Supper and other interesting sites.
Mount Zion can also refer to:
