Mubarike Chisoni (born May 10, 1981 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe), better known as Mamba Chisoni, is a Zimbabwean football (soccer) player who currently plays for the Portland Timbers of the USL First Division. Chisoni plays mostly as a left winger, using his speed and quickness to attack defenses from the flank.
Chisoni spent the 2005 season with the Los Angeles Galaxy where he made 11 appearances and one start with the first team. He also was a capable goal scorer for the Galaxy reserve team, finishing tied for fourth in the Reserve League with 5 goals.
Before joining the Galaxy, Chisoni was a prolific goal scorer in the USL Premier Development League and at Coastal Carolina University from 2002-04, where he tallied 27 goals and 24 assists in three seasons with the school. Chisoni was named a Third Team All-American following his junior season.
Chisoni finished the 2006 season with 2 goals and 3 assists in 17 appearances with the Timbers.
