Music for Relief
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Music for Relief is a program made in response to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake. More recently, Music for Relief acted to benefit victims of Hurricane Katrina. Created by the members of Linkin Park, all donations go directly to aid victims of disasters and their families. The goal of the charity, besides helping people in need, is to show that famous musicians and their fans care about the world around them and are not self-obsessed.
