MyDiskServer is a small Java web server by Michael Gardiner.
Any Internet web browser can be used to access shared files, including mobile phones. Supports multiple user accounts and SSL encryption for secure data transfers.
MyDiskServer automatically generates zip archives (for multi-file download), image thumbnails (for image previewing) and playlists (for streaming audio). Also supports file uploading of any size using an embedded Java applet.
By combining a web server, remote IP address management and Web start technologies MyDiskServer provides an easy way to access files from anywhere in the world.
