I understood what you ment but it would be more meaning full if you use "অসমীয়া সাৰ্বজনীন বিশ্বকোষ"/"অসমীয়া গণবিশ্বকোষ". I am saying সাৰ্বজনীন and গণ do not go together. If you say "All public people are my brothers," does not sound right.

I meant "wiki wiki", if used to mean "a software facilitating collaborative content management" with the attribute "where people can start writing easily/rapidly/readily - with least amount of preparation, by anybody, without loosing his spirits/time creating accounts thru' complicated procedures. So I feel in this sense, the emphesis is on "encyclopedia created using collaborative editing by common public" => জনতাৰ দ্বাৰা (গণ) সৃষট বিশ্বকোষ = গণবিশ্বকোষ|
