[संपादन] wiki ambassadors ? and need preference for en in bilingual welcome tag
Dear ,Maharashtra Express, Thanks that you have improved the look and quality of page, but I do have two concerns ,first is wiki ambassadorship is supposed to be polled selection from respective wikipedia like sysopship.Although most of wikipedias have not appointed official ambassadors, due to technical requirements burocrats are doing this work at most of wikipedias.
The second concern is those pages which are meant for non marathi visitors or 'set up for devanagari' ,Please give precedance to english welcome message because of technical reason.If encoding is not set to utf8 it looks very odd to see the page for a new visitor.

- Ok should i replace ambassadors with 'visitors' or 'represesentative'. Although i dont think we should be so rigid abt it. As with setup for devnagari,i havent done any major changes but removed some embassy mentions which was irrelavant to it. I have not added Marathi message.
