- Hi, Can we find out a solution to have separate sets of Inter wiki links for Indic and non indic languages.

- Why? For example, if we do this, the slavic language speakers may also feel compelled to have a slavic set of iw links (e.g., polish, russian, bulgarian, serbo-croatian, ukrainian, etc.). A similar grouping also apply to Scandinavian wikis as well. Is that a good idea? --Zaheen 16:08, 24 जानेवारी 2007 (UTC)
- When I want to navigate only among Indic language articles for any certain communication , I find present system slows down pace of navigation.Many times it took time for me to even search available Marathi Link among a list of plenty no. of languages, while returning back to Marathi article, Many language interwiki links we do not need in usual operations.

- I haven't really faced such problems because I always assume the iw links are "pretty printed" according to the English (latin) alphabet. For example, I know Bangla wiki link would be at the top, since "b" (for Bangla) is near the beginning of the alphabet, whereas the Marathi wiki link would be somewhere around "m". --Zaheen 17:12, 24 जानेवारी 2007 (UTC)
