Template talk:Name

Umm... What is this template used for? --Dmcdevit 23:12, 3 May 2005 (UTC)
I found there were a lot of people mucking around with templates, learning how to use them, by using the example template {{name}} from the tutorial articles (myself included). It created a lot of links to a non-existent template. This was just to tell people to use another name. Josh Parris ✉ 00:14, 4 May 2005 (UTC)
- Ah thanks. I, in fact stumbled across this template looking for something else. I thought we should have a template saying something like "The name of this article may not conform to Wikipedia's standard naming practices and it is suggested it be renamed (moved) to X". But that template apparently doesn't exist. Oh well, I don't have the will right now. --Dmcdevit 00:40, 4 May 2005 (UTC)
