Natanleod, Natanleag, Nazaleod, or Nudd Lludd was a British king who, in 508, was defeated and killed by a band of West Saxons under the command of Cerdic and his son or grandson Cynric at the Battle of Netley. The entry for this event in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle states that "Cerdic and Cynric slew a British king, whose name was Natanleod (or Nazaleod), and five thousand men with him. After this was the land named Netley, from him, as far as Charford".
