Natasha Katz

A well known lighting designer in the theatre industry, Natasha Katz has had over 50 productions on Broadway since 1985. She is married to Daniel Schreier, a sound designer and musical composer.
Mrs. Katz worked in the Broadway Lighting industry for nearly 10 years before receiving her first Tony Award Nomination for Beauty and the Beast in 1994. Other nominations and awards include:
- Sweet Smell of Success: The Musical - Nominated for Tony Award for Best Lighting Design
- Tarzan: the musical
- Aida - Winner of Tony Award for Best Lighting Design
- Twelfth Night - Winner of Tony Award for Best Lighting Design
Natasha has also done the lights at both Nikeworld in New York City [1] and London, and for The Big Bang at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
She was educated at Oberlin College, where after she graduated she went into an internship with Roger Morgan.
