Nathan Horton (b. May 29, 1985 in Welland, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey Centre who currently plays for the Florida Panthers of the NHL.
After 2 highly successful years with the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League, Horton was drafted in round 1, 3rd overall by the Panthers in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft and played 55 games, scoring 14 goals and 8 assists for 22 points and 57 penalty minutes in his rookie season. During the 2004-05 NHL lockout, Horton played for the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL.
