Navlar (or Navlar Development) is a small Canadian based IT company based in Toronto, Canada. Founded in 2001 by Jan Miranda, the company was started to provide freelance consulting in the area of network support for business in the Toronto area. In 2002 the company began specializing in website design, providing interactive Flash Actionscript, and database driven websites. In 2003, Navlar created a small team of individuals to manage branding and the resources to effectively market companies on the web.
Navlar's current goal is to help their clients strengthen and grow their business using, engaging, informative, memorable and cost-effective Internet communications.
