Neil Miller Carter, (born January 29, 1975 in Cape Town, South Africa), is a left-handed cricket player for Warwickshire Bears. He went to Hottentots Holland High School. Carter completed 1,000 first class runs for the Bears during the match against Sussex at Edgbaston in 2005.
He is a useful seam bowler and a hard hitting batsman who can score quick runs either down the order in first Class cricket or as a pinch-hitting opener in the one-day game.
