Nevada State Route 159 is also known as Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas. It is a 31.516 mile highway, beginning at the junction of Nevada State Route 160 near Blue Diamond, Nevada, circling around the Red Rock Canyon area and due east towards downtown Las Vegas ending at Nellis Boulevard Nevada State Route 612 in the Sunrise Mountain area. Charleston Boulevard itself ends at Hollywood Boulevard, three miles east of Nellis Boulevard. The highway connects with, Interstate 15 in downtown Las Vegas, County Road-215 in Summerlin, and Interstate 515 east of downtown Las Vegas between Pecos Road and Lamb Boulevard.
