New Hampshire Route 4 is a 3.78 mile long east-west state highway located in eastern New Hampshire. The western terminus of the route is at New Hampshire Route 9 and New Hampshire Route 108 in downtown Dover. The eastern terminus is at the Maine state line in Rollinsford, where NH 4 continues over the Salmon Falls River and into Maine as State Route 4.
NH 4 is not the same road as, nor is it related to nearby U.S. Route 4, which also enters the Dover city limits.
