ForumNYC.com (New York Forum) is a resource to assist visitors gain insider knowledge about the best of New York, its attractions & architecture, and for locals to talk[1] and share their ideas with other New Yorkers. Founded by M. R. Kredo on April 13, 2005[2], the site now has over 750 registered members and 495 active members.[3]
The site has several forums that are frequently visited. These are New York City Visitor Guide[4], Today in New York[5], Best New York Dining[6], NYC Transit[7] and Night Life in NYC.[8]

On April 13, 2005, the site was launched.[1] Since then, it has been a valuable tool to the community.
On April 12, 2006, the site had a total of 8,885 posts and 171 registered member since being launched.[2]
On June 3, 2006, the site had a total of 10,000 posts from its members.[3]
On December 10, 2006, the site starts to offer free blogging service.[4]
On December 16, 2006, the site had a total of 20,000 post.[5]
On December 19, 2006, the site launched Online Chat which provides real-time chat between all the registered members.[6]
On January 18, 2007, the site launches Rigid News[7] which is an web application for providing local and international news that are value to the ever growing community.
