Thacher Park Road is a connector between the hamlet of East Berne past Thacher Park to the town of New Scotland in Albany County. Most of the road is NY 157 and NY 157A. The southernmost portion is maintained by NYSDOT as Reference Route 910J, which ends at NY 443.
NY 157A and NY 443 do not meet. Instead, they are marked "To" the other route, via this short segment.
