I took this screen shot myself, from a retail copy of the game Need for Speed: Carbon which I own myself. I believe it qualifies for fair use as screen shots from video games are taken by the user and become the property of the user so long as the user owns a legitimate copy of the video game the screen shot originates from.
This image is to be used on the article Need for Speed Carbon.
