Nicholas Matthew Baines is the keyboardist of the English indie-rock band, Kaiser Chiefs, and has been described as quiet and sensitive[original research?]. He can be often easily recognised from the rest of the band as he is normally the only one who wears a hat and also two ties during performances[citation needed].
