Nick Lowe (comic books)

Nick Lowe, born Nicholas Albert Lowe on October 7, 1979, is an editor at Marvel Comics.[1] He is currently responsible for the Nextwave title, along with The Eternals by Neil Gaiman.

Nick grew up on the west side of Cleveland. During high school, he attended the prestigious St. Ignatius High School, a longstanding Jesuit institution. While there he particularly excelled in drama and school plays and musicals.

For college, Nick attended The Catholic University of America, majoring in drama and was an ultimate player.

The summer before he finished college, Nick did an internship in New York City for Marvel Comics. Despite them not having a great deal of work for him and their refusal to pay, he put in a solid forty hour work week, greatly impressing his superiors with his outstanding work ethic and creativity. Upon his graduation the following spring, he was quickly hired. While there, Nick has worked on the popular X-books, the Ultimates line, and was largely responsible for bringing in Neil Gaiman to work on the 1602 series.
