I'm Nick Green, 61 male, and living in Belsize Park, London, UK.
I'm a Cybernetician, FCybS, and member of the Council. See http://www.cybsoc.org.
I have contributed to the Wiki Compunet page about the on-line system I designed and founded and the entry on Gordon Pask with whom I studied and worked.
Last greatest hack was my software for pilot training and controlling a fuel calorimeter running in Richard Branson's balloon. I am researching Gordon Pask's unpublished work http://www.cybsoc.org/gordon.htm on the forces of self-organisation aka Interactions of Actors Theory and continue application work with Stafford Beer's Viable System currently on web eJustice to be launched late in 2006 on justcontract.org and justcontract.com- now on back burner in favour of an Open Source project on Beer's VSM- although the central algorithm, "If you encounter undecideability, raise the metalanguage", applies to both projects.
Recent websites developed include http://www.metaphorum.org on Beer and http://www.ppif.org.uk for the Patient and Public Involvement Organisation focussing on risk reduction in NHS.
